Refund Policy
We know every kid is different, especially when it comes to taste and texture.
If it’s your first time trying WhimsiBeans™ and your little one isn’t a fan, don’t stress! Reach out within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns of opened items, but your experience matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to take care of you.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it right away - just email us at

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused or lightly used
- The request must be submitted within 30 days
- Proof of purchase is required
- Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, opened cartons are not eligible for return. In these cases, we may provide store credit or replacement at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
