Directions: Slice apple thin and smear peanut butter on each slice. Sprinkle 1 packet of WhimsiBeans™ across apple slices.
*Use your child’s favorite peanut butter brand. Natural peanut butter is lower in sugar!

Confetti Boats
2 mini (baby) red bell peppers 1⁄2 Tbsp cream cheese (more or less as needed) 1 serving of WhimsiBeans™
Directions: Slice each baby pepper lengthwise to create two small “boats,” removing any seeds if present. Use the back of a spoon to smear cream cheese into the hollow of each pepper section. Sprinkle WhimsiBeans evenly over the cream‐cheese‐filled pepper boats.
Bell peppers are naturally rich in vitamin C and fiber, and baby peppers tend to have a milder flavor. Adding cream cheese and sprinkles balances the taste and makes the snack more fun. My daughter calls it a “sweet and savory” bite with a satisfying crunch.

Why Dr. Amy loves this recipe:
Fruit Dip
1 container of yogurt* 1⁄2 - 1 Tbsp of whipped cream 1 serving of WhimsiBeans™ 1⁄2 cup of preferred fresh fruit
Directions: Spoon yogurt into a bowl. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top: store‐bought or homemade both work. You can also stir the whipped topping into the yogurt for a lighter, fluffier dip throughout. Finish with a serving of WhimsiBeans sprinkled over the top.
*Use your child’s favorite yogurt. Key Lime Greek yogurt is a great option.
Fresh fruit can be unpredictable in texture and flavor, which can be tough for some kids. Adding a dip makes the snack more consistent and enjoyable. Yogurt works well because it offers probiotics and calcium, and mixing in whipped topping creates a lighter, fluffier dip. WhimsiBeans add color, fun, and extra nutrients, making the fruit‐and‐dip combo even more appealing.
